Tomohiro HATAKEYAMA trained with renowned chefs such as Daniel Ancel (1 star Michelin) at the Croix-Rousse in Lyon. He then worked in Philippe Gauvreau's kitchens in La Rotonde restaurant (2 stars Michelin) in Charbonnieres and subsequently became the Chef in Sebastien Bouillet's restaurant in Lyon. Early in 2011, he opened his own Restaurant Tomo. The Chef offers the possibility to discover his culinary world both in French and Japanese cuisines while respecting each culture. |
